Vision Factory is a service agency for co-creation, service innovation and design thinking. We help you move towards a more customer-centric and innovative approach and culture. At the heart of this is the way we work - agile co-creation, gamification and collaborative learning. We have extensive expertise in developing design games and running gamified workshops. We also run training programmes and organisational development projects.

EduExcellence is a global provider of Finnish educational solutions for modern working life needs. Owned by three major Finnish universities of applied sciences, i.e. Haaga-Helia, Laurea and Metropolia. EduExcellence can offer tailor-made services in education model development, professional teacher training, capacity and competence development programmes and courses. Our doings are already making children healthier, families happier and the earth a better place to live and thrive.  

GraphoGameis a market leader in 6 countries. In Finland, GraphoGame is used by nearly all preschoolers and over 90% of first graders. The app has been downloaded nearly 10 million times globally. 

GraphoGame is globally the only portfolio of literacy games that have undergone thorough neuropsychology, speech pathology, and psycholinguistics research and validation to ensure all language versions are evidence-based and effective. According to University of Cambridge, GraphoGame is “as effective as 1:1 teacher support in a classroom”. 

GraphoGame is available in 14 languages. GraphoGame was awarded the UNESCO King Sejong Literacy Prize in 2023 for our efforts to teach millions of kids to read in their mother tongues.

Northern Skills Finland Education Ltd provides great experiences inside and outside the classroom in the unique environment of Finnish Lapland under the northern lights. It specializes in designing memorable, all-inclusive educational packages for groups according to set requirements. Tampere University of Applied Sciences TAMK's educational programs are focusing on tailored teacher and management trainings. TAMK promotes innovative and active online and onsite learning methodologies, student centered learning, together with work life connections and competence based curricula. It also offers world class entrepreneurship and coaching models and mentoring to be applied in institutions. TAMK has special expertise for example in Risk management and circular economy and Textile and material engineering. TAMK trains, develops and publishes with its customers.
