Airport College International Ltd. provides online training services for airlines, airport ground handlers and logistics. The comprehensive portfolio of online eLearning training courses covers aviation safety, security and service topics. The training service enables clients to train their staff in an efficient and flexible manner and to maintain the competencies required by clients and authorities. 

Today, we offer several language versions including Chinese, English, Finnish, French, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Swedish and Thai. Courses vary in length from 1 to 3 hours, with the primary objective of maintaining the competence of operational staff. To ensure regulatory compliance, course content is based on international training standards set by governing bodies such as IATA, ICAO, FAA and EASA.

With RealGame business simulation game students learn to manage a company’s operating activities, supply chain and partner networks. They can follow transaction specific information flows from supply chain operations, and learn the interdependencies of business processes, cash flow and profitability. Learning and innovation agency working with Ministries, National Agencies for Education, Corporations, Teacher Training Schools, Universities, the European Commission, UNESCO, Cities, Municipalities and more. Qridi is an awarded pedagogical software for better teaching and learning. Qridi has been developed together with innovative Finnish teachers and experts based on the most recent results of studies on learning.

Qridi is a comprehensive tool that allows pupils to conduct self, peer and group evaluations, and it allows for the use of guardian and teacher evaluations in an easy-to-use environment. With Qridi, it is possible to direct and monitor pupils’ individual learning processes in a variety of ways.

Qridi can be used to evaluate and, at the same time, teach a broad array of skills (21st century skills): behaviour and the whole make up of knowledge, skills, attitudes and will. The tool has especially been designed for guidance and the evaluation of continuous learning.

Qridi is also used in the sport and business sectors, where learning and impact are crucial for individuals and groups.
