ELE Finland Oy provides high-quality training programs and consulting, especially in the field of teacher education, professional development and higher education globally, mainly in collaboration with HY+. We also provide solutions for leadership/team training, assessment and evaluation, measurement instruments and creating online materials and books (e.g. Phenomenal Leaning from Finland). Our main focus is in the Middle East, where we created a blended 2-year teacher education program.

LessonApp is an innovative mobile tool for teachers to design, store and share their lessons. The background is in Finnish education excellence. LessonApp provides research-based pedagogical knowledge, an easy-to-apply model to create meaningful lesson structures and hundreds of well-instructed teaching methods which are used by Finnish teachers every day in classrooms.

Satakunta University of Applied Sciences, SAMK, is a multidisciplinary, internationally oriented university of approximately 6,000 students from 100 countries. Elias Robot by Utelias technologies is a language learning app based on a voice user interface and artificial intelligence, which helps to practice languages and communication skills in a fun and engaging way.

Tuudo is a fully integrated, personalized mobile platform for higher education institutions. Sumino fully owns and operates one Finnish style kindergarten in China. Sumino also manages an elderly care alliance which unites 100+ universities, vocational colleges, technology companies, hospitals and elderly homes both in Finland and in China.
